Executive Chef

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead Millstone Restaurant, our premier fine dining venue. Featuring chef-driven menus and an elegant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, experience in training and team development, a focus on food quality and presentation, and a background in multi-unit operations. How You Will Make An Impact Oversee food purchasing, storage, prep, and sanitation with focus on quality, efficiency, and budget. Manage food production and utility staff; oversee menus, recipes, and BOH systems. Ensure sanitation compliance through procedures and monthly audits. Maintain adherence to federal/state food safety regulations, including Health Dept. and HAACP. Uphold high standards for food quality and presentation. Build strong resident relationships through regular dining room presence and feedback. What You Will Need Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience. Fine dining experience a plus. Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
