Work Environment\n

This position is set within a remote outpatient office, allowing for flexibility while providing mental health services. • Implement substance use monitoring protocols and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients during their recovery processes.

• Educate clients and their families about the connection between mental health and substance use disorders and the significance of adherence to treatment.

• Maintain accurate records of treatment progress, interventions utilized, and referrals made in strict accordance with ethical and legal policies.

• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuous training to remain current with best practices in co-occurring disorder treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is mandatory.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
