Patient Services Specialist - Journey Level The Patient Services Specialist - Journey Level performs core front‑office functions independently with increased efficiency. The role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling for routine and basic healthcare services, and general clerical duties. The specialist demonstrates compassionate service, effective communication, and operational excellence in support of Providence patients and their families. Responsibilities Perform patient registration and maintain accurate records. Schedule appointments for routine and basic healthcare services. Handle general clerical duties related to front‑office operations. Demonstrate compassionate service, effective communication, and operational excellence. Qualifications 1 year of medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months of experience as a Providence employee in an Associate Patient Services Specialist position.
