Technical Customer Service Representative

Delivering exceptional customer care in a structured, remote environment, the full-time Technical Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume interactions related to toll account inquiries, processing tolls, and resolving disputes while adhering to strict attendance and training requirements. Key Responsibilities Review and update toll account information, process tolls and violations, and assist with customer inquiries Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while educating customers on account maintenance Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and document service requests accurately Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center Basic to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues Must pass a background check and drug screening
