Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients through detailed intake processes conducted via phone or virtual appointments to gather relevant information about their situations and needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.

• Facilitate client engagement in treatment plans and beneficial activities, ensuring they are connected to appropriate resources and supports.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.

• Actively participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance service delivery and foster collaborative approaches.

• Liaise with external agencies and services to make essential referrals, ensuring clients have comprehensive support networks.

• Monitor signs of child abuse and intervene or report as necessary, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
