Work Environment\n

This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for 40 hours of work each week with flexibility to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operating hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret key social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual counseling, group therapy, and family sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the client's needs.

• Assess, evaluate, and treat cases within the scope of practice, ensuring that treatment aligns with established clinical guidelines and best practices.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health strategies to promote the well-being of clients.

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders at our detox center, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
