Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, initial assessments to understand the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Monitor client progress through bi-weekly or monthly follow-ups, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in social work practices to continuously refine skills and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree in Social Work is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
