Wyoming Winds Holdings is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with company leadership and assist with day-to-day business operations.
This is an in-person position based in Casper, Wyoming.
We are looking for a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual who can help manage projects, coordinate communications, organize records, and keep multiple business initiatives moving forward. This position requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Track projects and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate communications with vendors, applicants, service providers, and business contacts
• Assist with recruiting and applicant follow-up
• Organize and maintain company records and files
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
• Assist with document collection and organization
• Run local business errands when needed
• Assist with banking-related tasks and document delivery
• Monitor deadlines and provide status updates
• Help coordinate business purchases and vendor relationships
• Handle confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and ability to work independently.
