Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms associated with major mental illness and severe emotional disruptions, conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet shared objectives, ensuring that all treatment strategies align with patient-centered care principles.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by respecting and understanding the diverse traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal dynamics of clients, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Implement evidence-based interventions while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and adjusting approaches to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with the ethical standards and policies set forth by our organization and relevant licensing boards, ensuring the highest quality of care is upheld.
• Actively participate in peer supervision and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals within the community facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, necessitating a tailored approach to care that prioritizes their unique emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications

• Recent licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Thorough understanding of assessment and diagnostic skills, treatment modalities, crisis intervention, and risk assessment techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathetic and transparent client interactions.
• Proficient organizational skills, including managing caseloads, documentation, and adherence to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, providing a well-rounded background in mental health treatment within community settings or healthcare organizations. Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
