Recruiter's Needed

Growing and dynamic company is looking to hire Recruiter's - HYBIRD ROLE

Job Duties:
-Conduct initial assessments or interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and coordinate follow-ups
-Work closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, align on priorities, and support the recruitment process
-Represent the company positively in all candidate interactions, enhancing engagement and retention
-Proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
-Using Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and sourcing software

Required Skills:
-Prior sourcing experience
-Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing platforms
-Relationship-building abilities
-Strong written communication for outreach
-Time management and organization
-Persistence and creativity in engagement

Education:
-High School Diploma/GED required
-Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
