This full-time position, fully remote, plays a vital role in enhancing the mental well-being of individuals, couples, and families throughout Vacaville, California, and beyond. You will be instrumental in guiding and supervising practicum students as they embark on their journeys to clinical licensure, while also directly contributing to our therapy services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s program, aiding their professional growth.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your methods to fit each client's unique needs.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy to continually enhance the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential to practice in this role.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage in your practice.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Experience working within a community health setting and familiarity with the challenges faced by diverse populations.

• Proven ability to provide effective supervision and mentoring to trainees and less experienced clinicians.

• Demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our benefits package is comprehensive and includes:
