Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students engaged in their Master’s programs or working towards clinical licensure.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, fostering an environment of trust and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and community resources to form comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans, monitoring and adjusting these as necessary based on client progress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and supervision meetings.
\n
• Stay informed about current research, therapeutic methodologies, and best practices within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. From individuals seeking support for anxiety and depression to couples dealing with relationship issues, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys. Additionally, your impact will extend to practicum students, as you help shape their professional development and clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license (such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) to practice as a mental health therapist.

• Professional liability insurance is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridgette Psychotherapy Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year.
