This senior position is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building and developing, rather than inheriting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing partnerships, and will be instrumental in developing the commercial proposition, securing high-value brand partnerships, and supporting the growth of the wider sales function. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end sales process, building relationships with leading brands and media agencies, selling integrated campaigns, and contributing to commercial strategy and go-to-market planning. Applicants for the Head of Sales & Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in media, advertising, partnerships, or sponsorship sales, with a proven track record in securing and growing direct brand relationships. The role requires experience in presenting and negotiating with senior decision-makers, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch. Experience in digital, social, events, or youth-focused media environments is essential, and a background in sectors such as technology, finance, telecoms, fashion, food delivery, or graduate recruitment is highly advantageous.
