About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the people strategy for a growing professional services business. The role will build a scalable HR foundation, aligning talent, culture, and people practices across locations. Responsibilities include leading the people side of acquisitions, from leadership assessment through team and systems integration, and developing talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain sales and operations professionals. The CPO will partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth while preserving the business’s culture. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally as a CPO, CHRO, Head of HR, or senior HR leader in a mid-market business. A hands-on, talent-first approach and experience integrating people and teams through mergers and acquisitions are required; private equity experience is preferred. The role calls for a committed, growth-oriented leader with the ability to build effective talent practices and guide an organization through change.
