SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

RHOME / QUADRA is seeking a hands-on, part-time Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across all social media channels. This role will be responsible for content planning, creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate has strong creative judgment, excellent writing skills, and a clear understanding of social media trends and best practices. This person must be comfortable creating content independently and managing the entire process from concept through publication. Location: Hybrid | Midtown Manhattan, near Penn Station and Port Authority Job Type: Part-time The Social Media Manager will create and manage engaging content that reflects our brands, projects, services, and position within the luxury residential real estate market. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can develop content ideas, capture and edit photos and videos, write strong copy, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and track results. The role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to identify content opportunities and maintain a polished, consistent brand presence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain social media strategies and content calendars. Plan content around company projects, services, events, partnerships, and business priorities. Identify platform trends and relevant opportunities for audience growth and engagement. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. Content Creation Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Photograph and film projects, properties, events, team members, and behind-the-scenes activity. Edit photography, graphics, Reels, Stories, and short-form video. Write captions and calls to action that are polished, engaging, and aligned with the brand. Adapt content appropriately for each platform and audience. Publishing & Channel Management Schedule and publish content across all social media channels. Maintain an organized and consistent posting schedule. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, tags, and engagement. Coordinate approvals and gather project information from internal teams. Maintain an organized library of social media content and brand assets. Community Growth & Engagement Build relationships with clients, partners, brokers, designers, and other relevant industry accounts. Engage thoughtfully with followers and related accounts. Identify opportunities for collaborations, cross-promotion, and client-focused content. Support social media coverage for company and client events. Analytics & Reporting Track follower growth, reach, engagement, website traffic, and other performance indicators. Provide regular updates on content and channel performance. Use performance data to improve future content and posting strategies. Monitor competitor and industry activity. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience creating and editing short-form video content. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and social media publishing tools. Strong understanding of current social media platforms, formats, trends, and best practices. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable appearing on-site to capture content at projects, properties, and events. Experience in luxury real estate, interiors, architecture, design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
