Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information relating to clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, needs, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety planning and immediate support as needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring the highest standards of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of school-aged clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment challenges. By understanding the unique pressures children and adolescents face within academic environments, you will be able to better support their emotional and psychological development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.
