All duties and responsibilities assigned to this job description should be performed to support and enhance the company mission.Position SummarySupports all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring that all deadlines are met with the highest degreeof accuracy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following reflects essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary: Review and enter invoices timely and accurately. This includes but is not limited to coding invoices, matching purchase orders with tickets and obtaining approval. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Reconcile vendor statements monthly. Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships. Research, and resolve any invoice discrepancies to root cause. Send remittance information to Vendors weekly after payments are processed. Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including new vendor approval process and invoice processing. Maintain accurate and orderly accounting files. Provide necessary team coverage and ensure daily tasks are completed. Assist with reporting and special projects and other duties as assigned. Assists management in the identification and resolution of problems. Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation. Drive continuous efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities. Other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications Associate Degree or equivalent experience required 1-3 years previous Accounts Payable experience Ability to interact with individuals and departments throughout the organization Ability to meet deadlines Accurate and Detail oriented, with the ability to follow through on tasks and objectives Ability to function effectively as part of a team Strong written and oral English communication skills Strong organizational skills PC Proficiency, knowledge of MS Office Suite Some knowledge of Accounting principles and terminology

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
