Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose and identify the mental health needs of clients in the detox process, customizing treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, to address clients' emotional and psychological challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and confidentiality agreements to ensure quality care delivery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and counselors—to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at our detox center consists of individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Your role as an LCSW will involve addressing the unique challenges these clients face, employing solution-oriented therapeutic modalities that empower them to overcome barriers to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, particularly within a substance use treatment or mental health setting.
