Roka Akor is seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in cooking with precision and consistency, we'd love to meet you.

• Prepare and cook menu items to Roka Akor standards.

• Operate the robata grill and other kitchen stations with precision.

• Ensure every dish is prepared consistently and presented beautifully.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Work closely with chefs and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining pars throughout service.

• Previous grill or line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Passion for hospitality and great food.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Fine dining or upscale casual experience is a plus but not required.
