Machine Operator
Machine Operator 1st & 2nd Shift Available: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Pay: $19.00 - $22.00+ per hour, based on experience. Higher starting pay available for candidates with directly related machine operating experience. $2.00/hour Shift Premium for 2nd Shift (after completing training).
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team! Job Responsibilities As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process. Responsibilities include:
- Set up machinery for each production job
- Load and process metal bars through production equipment
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Measure product dimensions, size, and straightness using precision measuring tools
- Follow work orders and production instructions accurately
- Complete production paperwork, time tickets, and work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Bump/Gag Press
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
