Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Garland, TX

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for bone health in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, communicating clinical benefits of Amgen products, achieving sales targets, and supporting patient access through both in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical knowledge and benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual customer engagement
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness and territory analysis to District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and advance professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or High school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent combination
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related therapeutic specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,600 base
