Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms using established assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, considering their preferences and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress quantitatively and qualitatively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care and promote holistic well-being.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advances in mood disorder treatment, applying this knowledge to enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals coping with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual compensation in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
