This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and understood.Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to drive consensus and ensure alignment on project objectives.Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting.Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes, making recommendations for future improvements.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.If you are a results driven professional with a passion for business analysis and a desire to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
