Overview GEM Marketing Agency is hiring for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. Location: Tucson, AZ (Local candidates preferred) Compensation Hourly base pay (paid weekly) Uncapped commission opportunities Paid training Responsibilities Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events. Engage with customers to educate them on products and services. Represent client brands with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Learn sales and marketing strategies to support campaign goals. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive results. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude. High school diploma or equivalent.
