Showing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop practical experience working directly with buyers while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for an agent who enjoys touring properties, meeting new people, and gaining the experience needed to advance into a buyer or listing focused real estate career.

You will spend time in the field showing properties, hosting open houses, communicating with prospective buyers, and helping clients navigate the beginning stages of their home search. Each interaction provides an opportunity to improve your understanding of local inventory, recognize client needs, and become more comfortable guiding real estate conversations.

Working alongside experienced agents, you will learn how successful professionals prepare for showings, follow up with buyers, identify serious opportunities, and move relationships toward appointments and transactions. Coaching and practical guidance will help you strengthen your communication, organization, client service, and market knowledge as you become more confident in the sales process.

Compensation:

$145,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

• Set appointments
• Execute appointments
• Sales scripts mastery
• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers
• Host open houses and engage with potential clients
• Coordinate showing schedules and communicate with clients
• Provide buyer feedback to the team following showings
• Maintain accurate notes and follow up within the CRM

Qualifications:

• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

• A real estate license is required
