- Develop and manage a growing patient

- Collaborate closely with audiology specialists

- Provide consultations for ENT-related conditions

- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck

Requirements:

• Active CO License or willing to obtain

• BC/BE

• DEA

• Clean Record (highly preferred)

• Most recent NPDB Report
