The Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' medical needs and develop individualized care plans Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment options Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures or treatments Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident interactions and care plans Duties as assigned What You Must Have Experience in case management or care coordination is preferred but not required Benefits - Things we want you to know We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch DailyPay Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Continuing Education Credits Career advancement opportunities! #J-18808-Ljbffr Harborview-Health-System
