Every member of the FDASC team contributes to a student-centered culture that encourages students to engage in their learning, empower themselves through intentional support and skill development, and excel in achieving their highest academic potential.Under the supervision of the Director of the Frederick Douglass Academic Success Center, the Academic Success Support Staff provides comprehensive operational, technological, and student support services that advance the Center’s vision. This position supports the daily operations of the Center while assisting with academic programming, student engagement, technology support, and cross-functional student success initiatives.
