About the Role:
Join a growing HOMEHEALTH agency in Lansdowne, PA as our CEO and lead our mission to provide exceptional home healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our mission and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Manage financial performance and ensure sustainable growth of the organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting home healthcare.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in the IDD sector
- Strong understanding of home healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Passion for improving the lives of patients and their families.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards common goals.

We a a growing HOMEHEALTH agency that has been serving the delaware county community for over a decade, providing compassionate and personalized home healthcare services. We have both 6400 and 6500 certification and also some IHCS clients. Our clients love us for our commitment to quality care and our dedicated team, while our employees appreciate a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
