Security Officer Patrol Credential Coordinator

As a Security Officer Patrol Credential Coordinator in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and care while helping protect people, property, and assets. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.05 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report conditions requiring attention. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site protocols. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
