Strategic Account Leader Onsite in Sycamore, IL

5 Stones has a team of account managers who accompany our clients by collaboratively crafting strategies and spearheading execution that unlocks growth and impact. An account manager is the chief advisor to and primary liaison between clients with big problems to solve and our passionate team of creative problem-solvers. The right candidate for an account manager position will be a confident and enthusiastic communicator and natural relationship builder, a strategic thinker with a desire to collaborate and a passion for results, highly interested in distributing credit to the team rather than amassing accolades and admiration for oneself, naturally curious and unafraid to take a calculated risk on a new idea, comfortable with making the difficult phone call or having a tough conversation, capable of context-shifting to think deeply about client problems across various industries, able to translate public speaking and presentation skills to smaller rooms where connection is more important than expertise, and humble and aware of their deep goodness and dignity as a beloved child of God.
