As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support guests and staff through clear communication, routine patrols, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, escort requests, and other hospitality-focused support while helping to uphold location rules and expectations.
• Support hotel operations by observing for maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, then communicating relevant information to the appropriate contacts for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
