Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting realistic therapeutic goals in partnership with clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Maintain organized and timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and secure record-keeping.

In this role, you will be working primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of California as a: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
