Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $63 per visit

Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Seltzer, Pennsylvania, providing weekday/weekend and evening shifts throughout Schuylkill County. Flexible schedules and 1:1 care are available. Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet. Qualifications Current RN license in the state. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and solid computer skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
