Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $63+ per visit

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Southampton, Pennsylvania (Central Bucks County) We are recruiting a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to serve patients throughout Central Bucks County. This is a full‑time or part‑time salaried position. Responsibilities Assist patients from hospital discharge to independent home life, ensuring care plans are followed. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patients’ condition. Qualifications Active and current RN license in Pennsylvania. Preferred one year of clinical experience; previous home healthcare experience is welcomed but not required. Ability to travel to assigned cases. Calm, reassuring presence with excellent assessment, written, and verbal communication skills.
