Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Hospice - $63+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Hospice for a nursing job in Roebling, New Jersey. Specialty: Hospice | Discipline: RN | Duration: Ongoing | Employment Type: Staff What you’ll do Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team that provides palliative care to clients. Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up, execute, and document physicians’ orders accurately. Participate in occasional on‑call after‑hours and weekend shifts as needed. What you should have Active and current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in New Jersey. Minimum one year of hospice experience preferred (home‑healthcare experience welcome). Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Calm, reassuring presence with active listening abilities. Willingness to travel to assigned cases within the region. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
