Associate Attorney

We are a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients across New York. We\'re looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who wants to make a real impact while handling meaningful cases from intake through resolution. This role is on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service Collaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomes Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active NY Bar license in good standing 4-6+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters Strong deposition, negotiation, and litigation skills Excellent writing, communication, and client management abilities Trial experience is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
