Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our bustling outpatient facility, where our healing environment is designed to support both patient and staff wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand the individual needs and goals of each patient, creating personalized care plans that facilitate recovery and enhance functionality.
• Manage a patient schedule of one individual per hour, providing focused attention and quality care to each person during their therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise, to encourage improved movement and mobility.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives to medication, emphasizing holistic approaches that prioritize patient well-being.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrative approach to treatment that supports the overall health of patients.
• Document patient care services accurately, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, maintaining open lines of communication with patients about their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 100,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
