Sage Mountain Senior Living is looking for a hands‑on Culinary Services Manager to lead our kitchen team while delivering high-quality meals and outstanding service to our residents. As our Culinary Services Manager, you'll lead daily kitchen operations, mentor and support your team, maintain exceptional food quality and safety standards, and build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. This is a hands‑on leadership role, with the expectation of working on the line two days each week alongside your team. Skilled in overseeing dining operations and creating high-quality meals. Passionate about serving seniors and enhancing their dining experience. Positive, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a family-owned company. Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record for company vehicle use.
