Roofing Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and wants their income to reflect the effort they put in. Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll help homeowners through the roofing process from the initial conversation through project completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with homeowners and identifying roofing needs
• Following up with leads and prospective customers
• Performing roof inspections
• Explaining roofing options and helping customers make informed decisions
• Building relationships and generating referrals
• Networking and developing new business opportunities
• Prospecting in targeted neighborhoods, including some door-to-door outreach
• Staying in communication with customers throughout their project
• Working with our team to provide a great customer experience

Previous roofing or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales position with commission compensation and strong earning potential.
