Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or staff movement in accordance with site protocols, reporting concerns and documenting security‑related incidents as needed. Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, de‑escalation, and general presence while following post orders and healthcare location expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
