Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating the complexities of mental health issues. Our clinic specializes in evidence-based and holistic treatment programs tailored to this age group, including our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population is often looking for skills, support, and guidance as they work towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and possess an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize and connect with clients are essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome LPCCs at various stages of their careers, prior experience in outpatient settings focusing on young adults or adolescents is highly preferred. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices is valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
