Principal Business Intelligence Analyst

To lead the measurement framework for product-led growth, the full-time Principal Business Intelligence Analyst will define and own the PLG measurement system, analyze customer journeys, and influence product strategy while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and manage the measurement framework for PLG performance, including KPIs and executive reporting Analyze customer behavior across the entire journey to identify growth opportunities and barriers Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product investments and ensure alignment on growth priorities Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related fields Advanced skills in SQL and Python, with a strong analytical foundation Experience conducting deep-dive analyses into customer behavior and product performance Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights Strong project management skills with experience in building scalable reporting processes
