Executive Assistant To The CEO

The Executive Assistant to the CEO performs and provides administrative support to the CEO, administrative coordination and support for the Board of Directors and manages projects designated by the CEO. The position requires organization, flexibility and reliability in order to appropriately set priorities, problem solve and manage multiple responsibilities. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and a professional demeanor, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment. The role facilitates access and communication without becoming an independent intermediary. Success requires exceptional judgement, discretion, organization, follow-through, composure, and service in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Job Details and Requirements

Education:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field - required.

Certification & Licensures:- N/A

Experience:

- Minimum five (5) years' experience as an assistant to executive-level staff required.- Experience in a healthcare setting and experience supporting board activities preferred.
