Pay : $19/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

This position is ONSITE in Troy, OH, must be able to commute to Troy, OH

Daily Tasks:  

• Assist CBO team in resolution to back orders
• Answer part questions through answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls to resolve issues, and email correspondence.
• Accurately record information in various computer applications while providing the best possible customer service experience.

Required Skills:

• Requires repetitive motion, operating office equipment, and remaining stationary for long periods of time.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• MS Office applications experience
• Ability to handle telephone conversations and computer data entry simultaneously
• Telephone Customer Service experience a plus.
