Continuous Improvement Manager

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring resources are aligned and objectives are achieved. Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and help build improvement capabilities throughout the organization. Coach leaders, project teams, and employees on problem-solving techniques, process optimization, and change management principles. Partner with stakeholders across the site to gain support for improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership. Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
