Accounts Payable Specialist (High Volume)Location: Pico Rivera, CA Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard business hoursPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. This role is responsible for processing large quantities of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiencyVerify invoice details, including pricing, approvals, and proper codingMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation when applicablePrepare and assist with weekly check runs and electronic paymentsResolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal teamsMaintain accurate vendor records and support vendor setup as neededRespond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and paymentsReconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts payableMaintain organized AP files and documentation in accordance with company standardsSupport audits by providing requested AP documentationPerform additional accounting or administrative tasks as assignedQualifications & Skills2+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience preferredStrong data entry and reconciliation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems or ERP platformsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsReliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWork EnvironmentFast-paced office settingRequires the ability to meet daily processing deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesPay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hourSearch managed by: Allison LauBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
