Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner, to address relational dynamics and conflicts.

• Specializing in treating a variety of family-related issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, psychological and physical abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating discussions aimed at resolving family conflicts, which may involve multiple family members, such as siblings or parents.
\n
• Providing supportive therapy for adjustments related to separation, divorce, blended families, and other significant life transitions.
\n
• Documenting client progress and ensuring that all sessions are recorded accurately to track therapeutic outcomes and adjustments in treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will span a wide demographic, providing you the opportunity to work closely with both adults and children/adolescents. You will assist individuals navigating complex family dynamics and those seeking to improve their mental health as they cope with serious life challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
