The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various evidence-based mental health therapy modalities and interventions to assess and treat clients with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop initial treatment and discharge plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in clients' treatment plans, adapting methods to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in accordance with clinical and organizational standards.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that sessions are productive and all client needs are met.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Demonstrate a consistently empathic and professional attitude, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.

• Address any unmet client needs promptly by acknowledging concerns and working towards resolution.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned to facilitate comprehensive client care.

In this role, you will focus on providing mental health services to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant Human Services field is required.

• Candidates must hold or be eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider. Required licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n
