Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a welcoming space for open communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and couple sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to support clients' personal growth and relationship enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health issues, incorporating tools such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to additional resources when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a rich benefits package that includes:
